RACE NUMBER POLICY
All requests for a Viper VMX race number is done during the new membership request process, you need to complete this form and payment received to be considered. For an official Viper VMX race number you need to be a financial member.
Viper VMX race numbers of current financial members are reserved up to the end of the following year, if those members have supported Viper VMX events in previous seasons. This cut-off allows a reasonable time for current members to renew their membership and a reasonable time for any number not retained to be reallocated before the new race season commences.
To ensure members retain their allocated Viper VMX Race Number they must meet the following criteria:
- Be financial the previous year.
- Have renewed their membership for the current year
If you are a one day club member, member of another club, you will receive a Viper VMX number for the day to ensure there are no duplicates with club members for scoring purposes.
All riders agree to display their race number on the front, both side and rear plates and that these numbers are clear and visible.
